Joy Montgomery, CEO, Founder
Joy Montgomery began her career in the entertainment industry in 1998 as an assistant in film and television casting for a brief period before commanding her executive role in the corporate world. Since then, she has headed corporations in retail, mortgage and real estate for 8 successful years. Through the years, Joy continued to pair her leadership skills with her diverse talent and abilities in the creative industries as writer, director, editor, and associate producer of various projects before she joined a start-up internet distribution and film production company as Director of Operations in 2007.

As Director of Operations, Joy Montgomery enforced her executive and creative versatility to pioneer and build a dynamic infrastructure of new media entertainment. Her extensive role included leading and managing the operations, planning, and development of the company. After serving for a year and completing the establishment of its foundation, Joy moved on to expand her career as a creative artist and manager in the music entertainment industry. She is responsible for procuring talent J.Ovanni and has founded 707 Entertainment Group with business partner Michelle Clark in 2009.

She currently serves as a partner of Amici Communications, LLC and is also co-founder of Divatante, LLC.

Michelle Clark is in charge of 707 Entertainment Group’s marketing direction and has worked with a broad range of companies and clients. She oversees 707's corporate development, internal and external communications, events, investor relations, information technology department and philanthropy.

Her quest to best understand the artists ultimate objectives coupled with her ability to translate those ideas into brand and Web experiences are what we regard as essential to providing our clients with a solution that "captures the viewer's attention, draws them into the message and leaves them wanting more.

She has more than a decade of experience in marketing communications, promotions, social media, event planning, and a variety of outreach and communications activities. Michelle has managed marketing events, which result in new strategic relationships/endorsements, and continued growth in the world of entertainment.

Michelle first became involved in the music business nearly two decades ago as a club and college concert promoter in Washington, DC. She is also CEO and Co-founder of Amici Communications, LLC and Divatante, LLC. Ms. Clark has a B.A in Communications, Legal Institutions, Economics and Government and a M.S. in Justice, Law and Society from the American University, Washington, D.C. She is also a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
